摘　　要：本文以汽车车架梁类件中的第一横梁为例，针对其特殊结构特点，提出了车架梁类件在冲压工艺及模具结构设计时应该着重注意的问题，阐述了厚板料落冲模结构设计时应遵循的设计步骤和原则，实现了厚板料落冲模非常规结构设计，提高了厚板料落冲模设计质量及效率，做到了产品的精细化设计。the paper takes the first girder of automobile frame＇ s girders as example. Then it puts forward particular questions concerning to their stamping technique and die structure design, and expatiates the process and principles during the design according to the first girder＇ s especial structure. Accordingly, this process accomplishes thick panel blanking punching die unconventional structure design, and therefore improves the efficiency and quality. Finally, products can be designed elaborately.
