移植肾术后规范化超声图像采集应用价值的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨移植肾术后规范化超声图像采集的应用价值。方法常规在规范的移植肾标准切面上,采集并存储8张移植肾术后标准图像。结果对1662例次移植肾术后患者进行规范化超声图像采集存储,检出移植肾术后各种并发症620例,其中移植肾急性排斥的超声检出时间为(1.28±0.75)d;血管并发症的检出率为9.84%。超声检查结果与临床、病理及血管造影的符合率达97.8%(606/620)。结论移植肾术后规范化超声图像采集,保证了检查图像之间的可比性,为移植肾术后并发症的早期诊断及疗效观察提供了帮助。Objective To apply standardized uhrasography in transplanted kidneys. Methods A total of 8 pieces of image from standardized section of every transplanted kidney were collected. Results In 1662 cases of kidneys transplantion,620 with complications were detected by standardized image storage. The time to discover acute rejection by uhrasonography was 1.28 ± 0.75 days, and the detection rate of vascular complications was 9.84%. Meanwhile, the coincidence of uhrasonography with the clinical diagnosis, pathological diagnosis and vessel radiology was 97.8%. Conclusion The standardized ultrasonography of trans- planted kidney may offer an effective means of ensuring the comparability of images, early diagnosis and treatment of complications of transplanted kidney.
