摘　　要：目的研究胎儿三血管切面(3VV)及三血管气管切面(3VT)的各种异常超声表现并绘制成模式图,提高超声医生对异常3VV及3VT的识别能力。方法将本院9年多的胎儿心脏超声检出的、并经病理解剖或产后手术证实的各种心脏异常的典型病例,用模式图的形式绘制出其在3VV及3VT上的典型特征,直观地展现其诊断与鉴别诊断特征。结果共绘制出26组76种3VV及3VT的异常表现模式图。结论 3VV及3VT异常模式图的绘制对提高胎儿心脏畸形的认识有帮助,为诊断更为复杂的先天性心脏畸形打下坚实的基础。Objective The section drawings of abnormal uhrasonographic findings in fetal three ves- sels view（3VV） and/or three vessels and trachea view （3VT） were presented to determine the features of cardiac abnormalities revealed in such sections in prenatal diagnosis. Methods The records of fetuses with prenatal diagnosis of various typical cardiac malformations in our institution between 2000 and 2009 were col- lected. The diagnosis was confirmed by postpartum surgery or autopsy. The uhrasonographic characteristics as well as the key points of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cardiac malformations were exhibited in 3VV and/or 3VT in the section drawings. Results The features of cardiac malformation in 3VV and/or 3VT were showed in 76 types of 26 groups. Conclusion The section drawings of the abnormal 3VV and/or 3 VT are helpful for identification of the abnormal fetal heart and diagnosis of the more complicated congenital cardiac malformations.
