喜疗妥预防便携式百特泵持续输注5-Fu所致静脉炎的方法研究

摘　　要：目的探讨喜疗妥外涂对便携式百特泵输注5-Fu所致静脉炎的预防作用。方法选择60例2007年12月至2009年8月住院的鼻咽癌初治患者，按随机分配原则分成实验组32例和对照组28例，实验组在开始输注5-Fu时沿静脉走向外涂喜疗妥并轻轻按摩，对照组不做任何处理，观察2组静脉炎发生情况。结果实验组静脉炎的发生率明显低于对照组，且程度较轻。结论喜疗妥能降低便携式百特泵输注5-Fu所致静脉炎的发生率，并能减轻静脉炎的症状，是预防和治疗静脉炎的有效药物。Objecllive We observed the effect of topical application of mucopolyccharide polysulfate cream （hirudoid）on phlebitis prevention initiated by continuous infusion of 5-Fu with Baxter irffusor. Methods 60 untreated patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were selected and randomly divided into the control group （28 patients） and the experimental group （32 patients）. The patients of the experimental group were gendy massaged with hirudoid along the infusion vein since the beginning of 5- Fu infusion, while the control group received no intervention. The incidence of phlebitis was observed in the two groups. Results The incidence of phlebitis in the experimental group was lower and the degree was lighter compared with the control group. Conclusio Hirudoid can decrease the incidence and released the symptoms of phlebitis initiated by continuous infusion of 5-Fu with Baxter infusor, and is effective to prevent and treat phlebitis.
