摘　　要：肝硬化腹水是肝病晚期常见的并发症,中西医临床治疗难度较大。曹月英教授是山西省中医院肝病名家,数十年来在该病的中医治疗方面积累了确切的疗效与宝贵的经验。文章对其临证经验系统总结为治腹水以补气为先、温补肾理中、通阳利水、善施虫类和重用桔梗等方面。Intractable ascites from hepatocirrhosis is one of the most severe complications in the latest stage of the liver disease.It is rather difficult to treat such kind of patients. Prof.CAO Yue-ying is one of the most reputed physicians in Shanxi TCM Hospital for liver illness,who has achieved to some extent good curative effects by herbal therapy and accumulated precious clinical experience in treating ascites.This article focuses on the systematical analysis of her herbal experience,describing as enhancing vital-energy （Qi）,warming up the middle and lower Jiao to remove the water retention,prescribing animal alike and applying a high dose of Radix Platycodi,etc.
