摘　　要：文章对目前中药新药非临床药效学研究中的争议问题进行了分析,对中药新药非临床有效性评价面临的问题进行了回顾,并就中药非临床药效学研究中的问题提出一些看法和建议,以对中药新药非临床有效性研究有所借鉴。The article analyses the present dissension on non-clinical pharmacodynamics study of new drugs of Chinese materia medica,and reviews the questions of non-clinical effect evaluation,and gives the opinions and advices on non-clinical pharmacodynamics study.It may be a reference for the study of new drugs of Chinese materia medica.
