摘　　要：介绍了上海卢湾区第47、48街坊地块这一集中反映上海近代独立式花园住宅风貌的典型街区的改造保护项目,阐述该项目从总体规划、环境与建筑单体等层面的坚持保护、发展、效益原则,达到建筑的居住功能得以提升、室内外环境改善,恢复风貌别墅原有的居住品质,成功延续城市历史文脉、保护城市风貌特色的效果。The No.47 and 48 neighborhoods in Luwan District are the typical ones for remodeling and conserving,where the modern flavorful appearance of detached garden house is concentratedly reflected.Around the subjects of overall planning,surroundings and individual building,this paper makes account of the project＇s achievements in raising service function of residential building,bettering interior and exterior ambience,recovering the original residential quality of flavorful villa,conserving urban flavorful identities,and successfully succeeding urban historical context,etc.,which are based on the principle of conservation,development and effects.
