摘 要:提出了毫米波FMCW收发组件设计模型。针对这类系统特有的1/f噪声和FMAM变换噪声,设计了一种新颖的外差型94GHz和35GHzFWCW收发组件。线性调频带宽1000MHz,发射功率20~50mW,目标检测灵敏度-150dBc/Hz。该设计较常规的“零拍型”检测灵敏度改善20dB。对同等检测距离,可节省发射功率一个数量级以上。A model to design mm wave FMCW transceiver has been proposed. Taken aim at reducing the 1/ f noise and FM AM conversion noise occurred in this kind of systems essentially, the novel heterodyne 94 GHz/35 GHz FWCW transceiver with 1 000 MHz of FM linear bandwidth and more than 20~50 mW of transmitting RF power as well as -150 dBc/Hz of sensitivity to detect objects has been developed. In the result, the S/N was 20 dB better than the convertional designed homodyne FWCW modules and therefore more than one order of transmitting RF power can be reduced for the same detected ranges.
