摘　　要：建立了测量振动的ＰＶＤＦ压电薄膜敏感元件的等效模型与传感方程，介绍了测量信号处理系统的结构、功能和用于机敏柔性梁上的实验结果，并给出了与加速度传感器测量结果的比较。The equivalent model and sensing equations for PVDF piezoelectric films sensitive component in vibration measurement are explored. The composition and functions of processing systems and its applications in smart flexible beam are introduced. The result compared with the accelerometer is also presented.
