摘  要:采用机械力固相化学反应法制备了含3%Eu3+(摩尔分数,下同)ZnO:Eu3+(ZnO:3%Eu3+)发光材料,研究了ZnO:3%Eu3+发光材料的激发与发射光谱,以发射光谱的主峰(λem=611nm)作为监控波长,其激发光谱的主峰对应λem=465nm,分析了ZnO:3%Eu3+材料的发射峰强度随电荷补偿剂Li+,Na+和K+掺杂浓度的变化规律。结果表明:随电荷补偿剂含量增大,ZnO:Eu3+材料的发射峰强度均出现先增大后减小趋势,但在不同电荷补偿剂下,ZnO:Eu3+材料的发射峰强度最大处对应的电荷补偿剂含量不同,此时对应的Li+,Na+和K+的摩尔分数分别为1%,0.75%和0.70%。ZnO:Eu3+ with 3% in mole doping(ZnO:3%Eu3+) phosphor powder was synthesized by a mechanical solid-phase reaction.The excitation and emission spectra of the ZnO:3%Eu3+ phosphor were investigated.The main peak of the emission spectra of ZnO:3%Eu3+ phosphors is centered at 611 nm,The main peak of the excitation is at 465 nm using the main peak of emission spectrum of ZnO:Eu3+ phosphors of 611 nm as monitor wavelength.The effects of content of Li+,Na+ and K+ on the emission spectra of ZnO:Eu3+ phosphors are analyzed.The results show that the emission spectrum intensity firstly increases,and then decreases with increasing the charge compensation agent content.However,the charge compensation content corresponding to the maximum emission intensity is different with different charge compensations,and the mole fraction corresponding to Li+,Na+ and K+ is 1.00%,0.75% and 0.70%,respectively.
