水包油粉底对轻度痤疮皮损的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察使用试验粉底对轻度痤疮的影响。方法:采用随机对照双盲试验研究方法,选择面部有轻度痤疮的女性受试者40名,试验组使用含0.3%辛酰水杨酸和0.1%吡啶酮乙醇胺盐的水包油基质粉底,对照组仅使用水包油基质粉底,连续使用粉底6周。在0周、2周、4周和6周分别评估油脂分泌量、炎性皮损和非炎性皮损的数目和患者对痤疮严重程度的自我评分。结果:2组痤疮受试者在使用粉底后非炎症性皮损和炎症性皮损及皮肤表面油脂含量均较基线明显下降。结论:选择合适的粉底对于痤疮患者有很好的遮瑕效果,且不会加重痤疮。Objective： To evaluate the influence of foundation （including 0.3% salicylic acid derivatives with 0.1% octopirox in water-in-oil basic foundation） and the water-in-oil foundation as control applied on mild acne vulgaris patients. Methods：Forty women volunteers with mild facial acne vulgaris participated in the random, control, double blind clinical trail by using the test foundation continuously for 6 weeks. Sebum secretion, both inflammatory and non-inflammatory skin lesions were evaluated in week 0, 2, 4 and 6, as well as the volunteers＇ self-evaluation of acne gravity. Results： Both groups saw a decline in the inflammatory and noninflammatory skin lesions as well as skin surface sebum compared to the baseline. Conclusion：Application of a proper foundation would not aggravate the acne lesions while providing a good cosmetic effect to cover skin imperfections.
