摘  要:利用光学金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜等分析和研究了调整处理温度对PH15-7Mo钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明:PH15-7Mo钢调整处理后的组织由奥氏体、马氏体和铁素体组成,不同调整处理温度影响Ms点的变化,低温调整处理后材料Ms点有较大的提高,调整处理后冷却到室温有较多的板条马氏体形成转变,其硬度相对高温调整处理较高。The microstructure and properties of PH15-7Mo steel after adjusting treatment were studied by optical metallography,XRE and SEM. The results show that the microstructure of the steel after adjusting treatment consists of austenite-ferrite and martensite. Different adjustment temperatures affect the Ms point. The Ms point increases and more martensite is transformed after adjusting treatment at lower temperature and cooled to room temperature. The hardness of the steel by lower temperature adjusting treatment is higher than that by higher temperature adjusting treatment.
