荆芥连翘汤预防性湿敷对大鼠放射性皮炎的影响

摘　　要：目的观察荆芥连翘汤(JJLQT)对急性放射性皮炎的防治作用。方法建立大鼠急性放射性皮肤溃疡模型,比较荆芥连翘汤预防治疗组(A组)、单纯治疗组(B组)及生理盐水对照组(C组)三组大鼠的小腿肿胀度及红斑、渗液等皮肤炎症情况。结果三组大鼠间小腿肿胀度差异有统计学意义(F=4.993,P=0.013),A组大鼠小腿肿胀程度轻于其它两组。红斑、糜烂和溃疡总积分随时间的改变而呈下降的趋势,A组与B组、C组总评分差异均有统计学意义,A组积分显著轻于B组和C组。结论荆芥连翘汤预防性治疗,可以显著减轻急性放射性皮炎的严重程度,值得进一步深入研究。Objective To observe the role of JingJie LianQiao soup （JJLQT） in preventing and controling acute radia- tion dermatitis. Methods To establish a rat model of acute radiation-induced skin ulcers, then compare swelling,erythema, exudate and other skin inflammation between JJLQT preventive treatment group （A group）, simple treatment group （ B group ） and the saline control group （ C group） ; Results The leg swelling between the three groups was statistically significant difference （ F = 4. 993, P = 0. 013 ）. The degree of leg swelling in A group milder than that in other two groups. Downward trend of total score of erythema, erosion, ulcer were significient according to time,which means that total score of A group were significantly milder than that in B and C group. Conclusion The preventive treatment with JJLQT can significantly reduce the severity of acute radiation dermatitis, which is worth further study.
