摘  要:目的探讨GSTM1和GSTT1基因缺失与湖南省衡阳地区汉族人群白癜风发病的相关性。方法选择湖南省衡阳地区汉族人群中100名白癜风患者(白癜风病例组)和100名健康志愿者(健康对照组)为研究对象,分别采集肘静脉血4mL,提取DNA,应用多重PCR技术检测GSTM1和GSTT1的基因型。结果白癜风病例组GSTM1基因缺失频率高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);白癜风病例组GSTT1基因缺失频率与健康对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);白癜风病例组GSTM1和GSTT1基因均缺失频率与健康对照组比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论湖南衡阳地区汉族人群白癜风发病与GSTM1基因缺失相关。Objective To explore the relationship between the null genotypes of glutathione S-transferase (GST) M1 and T1 and vilitigo among Han people in Hengyang of Hunan province. Methods Polymerase chain reaction method was used to detect absence of the GSTM1 and GSTT1 genes in genomic DNA extracted from eubital vein blood of 100 vilitigo patients and 100 normal controls among Han people in Hengyang of Hunan province. Results Significant difference in null alleles of the GSTM1 was observed ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and GSTM1 null type was also statistically different between vitiligo and controls. However, no significant difference of GSTT1 ( P 〉 0.05 ) was observed . In combined analysis of GSTM1 and GSTT1, both null types showed significant differences between controls and vitiligo. Conelusion The GSTM1 null type was related to vilitigo among Han people in Hengyang of Hunan province.
