斑块型粟丘疹1例

摘　　要：患儿男,10岁。皮损特点为大量白色针头大小的丘疹,对称性散在分布于耳廓及耳垂内外侧,部分融合成斑块,无明显自觉症状,无外伤史及内服和外用药物史,无家族史。诊断:斑块型粟丘疹。The patient was a boy of 10 years old . The eruptions distributed on the auricles and ear lobes appeared as multiple pearly white pinhead size papules without obvious symptom, scattered or grouped. The patient denied a history of injuries , topcal medications or drug intake prior to the onset lesion. Diagnsis：milia en plaque.
