摘　　要：概述了莽草酸途径及其在植物次生代谢中的重要作用、葡萄果实类黄酮代谢与调控的研究现状,并对莽草酸代谢与葡萄多酚积累的关系进行探讨和展望。In this paper,shikimate acid pathway and its role in plant secondary metabolism were summarized,as well as the research status of flavonoid metabolism and regulation in grape berries.Finally,the relationship between shikimate acid metabolism and polyphenol accumulation was discussed.
