摘  要:通过对水泥池CM1j与土池CM2j 2个区组分别设计CMi1、CMi2、CMi3、CMi4 4种养殖模式,依次为蛇鱼混养、蛇蟹混养、蛇与茭白套养及仿生态养殖,研究了养殖模式对中国水蛇Enhydris chinensis(Gray)生长的影响。结果显示:养殖模式对体质量(BM)、相对体质量生长率(GRM)、月增体质量(MMG)、体质量特定生长率(SGR)、体质量与体长比及Le Cren相对状态指数(RCF)等生长参数影响极显著(P<0.01),CM2j优于CM1j,CMi4最佳,CMi1次之,CMi3再次之,CMi2最差,表明土池仿生态养殖为最佳的养殖模式,可为中国水蛇大规模商业养殖提供参考。The influence of culture modes on growth of Enhydris chinensis(Gray)was conducted through two blocks of cement ponds(CM1j)and soil ponds(CM2j)being designed to four kinds of culture modes that were Enhydris chinensis(Gray)cultured with fish(CMi1),with crab(CMi2),with wild rice stem(CMi3)and bioecological culture(CMi4),respectively.Results of analysis of variance showed that influence of culture mode on body mass(BM),relative growth rate of body mass(RGM),monthly body mass gain(MMG),specific growth rate(SGR),ratio of body mass to body length and Le Cren relative condition factor(RCF)were significantly different(P0.01),and that CM2j was better than CM1j,and the effects of culture modes were CMi4,CMi1,CMi3,CMi2 successively.It demonstrated clearly that bioecological culture in soil pond was the best culture mode,and may provide an important reference for large scale commercial Enhydris chinensis(Gray)culturation in China.
