大城市郊区农村休闲观光农业发展路径探析——以北京市通州区宋庄镇为例

摘　　要：根据通州新城规划提出的新的城市定位,从转变现代农业发展方式入手,在实地调研的基础上,阐述了在通州区宋庄镇应以休闲观光农业发展为突破口,打造新城优美循环新社区的发展路径,系统论述了各个产业带及功能区的建设重点和产业布局,并总结了宋庄镇休闲观光农业的发展应充分依托主导产业,创新发展思路,实现现代农业产业升级。According to the new city orientation which has been proposed in New City Planning of Tongzhou District,starting from the modern agricultural development,the viewpoint was elaborated that leisure and tourism should be a breakthrough in agricultural development in Songzhuang Town to build a beautiful new community in the development cycle path.Then the construction highlights and industrial distribution of the functional areas were discussed.Finally it was summarized that leisure agriculture development should fully rely on the leading industry,innovation development in order to realize modern agricultural industrial upgrading.
