摘　　要：实时荧光定量PCR技术是在普通PCR定性技术基础上发展起来的核酸定量技术,已广泛应用于不同研究领域。论述了荧光定量PCR技术的基本原理、主要类型和定量实验方法,探讨了实验条件的控制、影响因素和优化实验结果的方法。Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR is a new kind of nucleic acid quantitative technique ,which develops in the PCR qualitative technique base. It has been widely used in different research fields. In the paper, the experiment principles, the main types and quantitative methods of this technology were described. The control of experimental conditions, affecting factors and optimization of experimental results were discussed.
