摘 要:在对温病湿热证动物模型多种造模方法比较的基础上,利用综合因素造模方法(饮食+气候环境+致病生物因子)复制成温病湿热证动物模型,该模型无论发病条件、病变脏腑,还是主要症状、体征均近似于中医湿热证型,具有操作简单、重复性好的特点,有较高的应用价值。并观察了清热祛湿方药清香散对该类模型的治疗作用,认为清热祛湿法治疗湿热证的机理可能与退热、抑制病原微生物、保护小肠吸收功能、抗机体氧化反应等作用有关。The wetness - heat animal model of seasonal febrile disease was prepared by use of multiple factors(diet, climate, pathogenic biological factor)on the basis of comparing several kinds of modelling methods. This method was much similar to wetness - heat syndrome in TCM not only on pathogenic conditions, organs, but also main synptoms and signs, its operation was simple, its duplication was very well ,the application value was high. The treatmental effect of clearing heatness and removing wetness decoction——qingxiangrsan on the model of wetness - heat syndrome was observed at the same time. The results showed that the mechanism of clearing - heatness and removing wetness method might be related to febrifuge inhibite pathogenic microorganism,protect intestine's absorption and antioxidation,etc.
