透气防粘换药贴在门诊皮肤创伤处理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨实用新型专利“透气防粘换药贴”的临床应用效果。方法选取我院门诊外科、急诊因外伤性皮肤挫伤、Ⅰ度～浅Ⅱ度烧烫伤患者62例，以简单随机的方法分为对照组和观察组各31例，观察组常规清创消毒后用透气防粘换药贴覆盖伤口，对照组常规清创消毒后用传统方法包扎。结果观察组的创面愈合时间、换药次数及感染发生率明显小于对照组（P〈0．05）结论使用透气防粘换药贴有利于伤口的愈合。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the new type practical product ＂permeability anti - sticking dressing paste＂ . Methods To divide 62 cases of out - patients surgery, which had emergency trauma skin contusion and Ⅰ degree - Superficial Ⅱ degree burn and scald patients were randomly divided into comparison group and observation group, 31 cases in comparison group and 31 cases in observation group. The observation group was given the wound with permeability anti - sticking dressing paste＇after disinfection with conventional debrldement, the comparison group was given traditional methods after disinfection with conventional debridement. Results The observation groups wound healing time, dressing change frequency and infection rate were significantly lower than those of the comparison group （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusions The permeability anti - sticking dressing paste＇is in favor of wound healing.
