多功能锤叩击穴位对中风康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨患者使用按摩锤叩击穴位对脑卒中早期康复疗效的影响。方法将80例脑卒中患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各40例，对照组给予脑卒中常规护理，治疗组增加按摩锤穴位叩击。每周对两组患者进行运动功能及日常生活能力的评定，将所得数据运用SPSS10．0统计软件进行数据分析。结果在给予干预措施25d后，治疗组、对照组间肢体运动功能和神经功能恢复比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），治疗组各项指标均显著优于对照组。结论患者使用按摩锤叩击穴位，能明显改善肢体运动功能，提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of massage hammer knock Acupoint on early rehabilitation of patients with stroke. Methods Eighty cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Control group was given conventional stroke care, the treatment group was given Acupoint massage hammer knock. The tmotor function and daily living skills were assessed every week, the data were obtained by SPSS 10. 0 statistical software. Results In granting interventions 25 d, the extremity motor function and nerve function recovery were significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusions Massage hammer knock Acupoint can significantly improve motor function and improve quality of life.
