限定抗原底物珠免疫荧光法检测囊虫病抗体的实验观察

摘　　要：用限定抗原底物珠免疫荧光法检测129份脑囊虫病患者血清抗体,阳性率为94.57%;检测10份包虫病患者血清,1份阳性;15份华支睾吸虫病患者血清和60份健康查体者血清均为阴性。该方法可用于脑囊虫病的感染诊断和血清流行病学监测。Defined antigen substrate sphere immunofluorescence was used to detected serum antibodies in patients with cerebral cysticercosis.Antibodies were detected at a rate of 94.57%（122/129）.Serum from 10 patients with hydatid disease was tested.One sample was positive.Serum from 15 patients with clonorchiasis and 60 healthy people was negative.This method can be used to diagnose cerebral cysticercosis infection and perform serum epidemiological surveillance.
