摘　　要：γδT细胞是近年来备受关注的T细胞,虽然占体内淋巴细胞的少数,但其免疫调节功能却不容忽视.γδT细胞具有调节性T细胞的表型,属于调节性T细胞的一种,研究发现对巨噬细胞的调节作用可以通过细胞-细胞直接/间接接触或释放抑制性细胞因子产生.本文简要综述γδT细胞的免疫调节功能及对巨噬细胞的调节作用.More and more researchers pay attention to γδT lymphocytes, the number of γδT lymphocytes is minority, but the function of immunoregulation is very important. γδT lymphocytes can generate a subpopulation with regulatory T cell phenotype. γδT lymphocytes can regulate the activation of macrophages by cell-cell direct/indirect contact interactions or secreting rejective cytokines. We make a review that the immunoregulation of γδT lymphocytes and there may be interaction of regulation between γδT lymphocytes and macrophages.
