摘　　要：随着秦岭大熊猫自然保护区的相继建立以及保护力度的加大,社区村民以采药、放牧、伐木等直接依赖自然资源的传统生产生活方式受到制约,保护区与社区的矛盾日益突出。本文以周边社区对保护区自然资源的经济依赖关系为对象,采取实证研究方法,总结与借鉴资源经济计量及评估的相关理论,在众多学者研究成果的基础上,建立了"大熊猫自然保护区周边社区对自然资源的经济依赖度"评估指标体系与计量模型.最后本文以陕西佛坪国家级自然保护区为例,选取保护区周边5个行政镇(乡)24个行政村样本进行分析,通过层次分析法(AHP),利用实地调查数据,定量得出佛坪保护区周边社区自然资源的经济依赖度为56.9%。研究结果表明:秦岭大熊猫自然保护区周边社区对保护区内的自然资源依赖意识很强,已经影响了自然保护区和社区的可持续发展,必须采取相应措施来降低社区对自然资源的经济依赖意识,才能实现社区和保护区的双赢。The Giant panda is a bear native to central-western and south western China,an endangered specie called the ＂national treasure＂ and the ＂living fossil＂.There are 40 towns,more than 130 villages and several thousands of residents in the Shaanxi Qinling Giant Panda Nature Reserve.With the establishment of the Qinling Giant Panda Nature Reserve as well as increases in the protected areas,anthropogenic activities of the community villagers living surrounding the reserve,like herb gathering,herding and logging,were directly dependent on natural resources.If the traditional life style was restricted,the contradiction between the nature reserve and the community would become increasingly aggravated.The authors investigated the economic interdependence of the community surrounding the reserve on the protected natural resources,and summarized the measures to mitigate such contradiction from resources economics and statistical methods.The ＂economic interdependence rate of the communities surrounding the Giant Panda Nature Reserve on natural resources＂ was proposed to construct an evaluation indicator system.In addition,the authors selected the samples in 5 administrative towns（Township）,24 administrative villages surrounding protected areas in the Foping National Nature Reserve in Shanxi Province for further analysis.The Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP） method in conjunction with field survey data was utilized to quantify the economic dependence of the communities surrounding the nature reserve on natural resources.Results showed that the communities surrounding the Qinling Giant Panda Nature Reserve were highly dependent on natural resources of the protected areas,which would affect sustainable development of the nature reserve and communities.Some measures must be taken to reduce economic dependency on natural resources so as to achieve a win-win situation for both the communities and the protected areas,like increasing more sources of incomes and reducing reliance on natural resources,continuously bui
