摘　　要：Patient,female, 54 years old, married. She came for the first visit on April 19, 2009. The chief complaint was loss of smell for 38 days. The patient said that she had been given an intrauterine device removal surgery 38 days ago, and the consciousness had lost after drug anesthesia. She found that there had been a lot of yellow and thick nasal discharge in mouth and nose after wake and then the smell had lost. She had visited many hospitals in a month and had been diagnosed as complete anosmia through all kinds of olfactory function examinations such as smell bottles test, respiratory resistance determination,Patient,female, 54 years old, married. She came for the first visit on April 19, 2009. The chief complaint was loss of smell for 38 days.
