摘　　要：Patient, female, age 57, first visit to hospital on August 30th 2009. Chief complaints： bilateral ocular muscular spasm accompanying by spontaneous muscle tic in the area of mouth, nose and mandible for over two years. She started to have bilateral eyelid spasm, difficulty in opening up after eyes close, dry and distending eyes, and frequent spontaneous winks two years ago without any specified reason. No headache, dizziness, fatigue, chest oppression or breath difficulty is seen in the patient.
