摘 要:以番茄为材料,研究了由红(R)、白(W)、蓝(B)三种单色荧光灯的不同光质组合(6W、2W4R、2W3R1B、2W2R2B和2W1R3B)对番茄穴盘苗形态指标和生理指标的影响。结果表明,2W2R2B光质组合的番茄穴盘苗株高最低,茎粗最粗;而2W4R和2W3R1B光质组合的植株干重、壮苗指数、叶绿素含量和可溶性糖含量显著高于其他处理,说明苗期在白光的基础上补充一定量的红光或红光与蓝光组合更有利于培育壮苗。The effects of light qualities (6W、2W4R、2W3R1B、2W2R2B and 2W1R3B) based on blue light (B),red light (R) and white light (W) on the morphological and physiological indices of tomato seedlings were investigated. The results showed that the plant heights under 2W2R2B treatment were significantly lower than those under other treatments,while the stem diameters under 2W2R2B treatment were significantly thicker than those under other treatments; the total plant dry weight,seedling strength index,leaf chlorophyll content and soluble sugar content under 2W4R and 2W3R1B treatment were notably higher than those under other treatments. It is concluded that red light or red and blue light treatment can accelerate the growth of tomato seedlings,and is favorable for the breeding of healthy seedlings.
