摘  要:武汉火车站钢结构采用大型桥建合一大跨度枝状支撑空间双曲面钢结构。根据结构外形特点,结合施工现场条件,反复比较各种施工方案,最终确定了采用大型滑移胎架、高空原位安装法施工工艺,采用液压千斤顶机构进行胎架滑移,计算机同步控制,成功将长41.1m,宽32.875m,高52m,单部重2740t的胎架进行滑移和用于结构安装,取得了显著的社会效益和经济效益。Wuhan Railway Station adopts long-span branchlike support space hyperboloid steel structure which tends bridge and building to be united.Sky-high in-situ installation method with large movable jig is determined to be used by comparing repeatedly several construction schemes,and basing on structure characteristics and construction in-situ conditions.The large movable jig,with 41.1m length,32.875m width,52m height and 2 740 tons weight,is moved by hydraulic jack,and synchronously controlled by computer.The steel structure is installed successfully with this jig.Social and economic benefit is earned.
