上海世博会中国船舶馆观景斜廊施工过程模拟分析

摘　　要：上海世博会船舶馆的观景斜廊是一个大跨度悬索钢结构连廊。针对大跨度预张力钢结构的初始状态确定与施工过程的特点,探讨了此类结构施工过程模拟的步骤和方法。基于同济大学3D3S施工过程分析软件,实现了对结构施工方案全过程的跟踪模拟分析。结果表明用施工力学的方法对施工过程进行预分析,可以对结构施工方案进行及时的评估和调整,保证结构施工的安全顺利进行。Viewing-gallery of Shipping pavilion in Expo 2010 Shanghai is a long-span suspended cable structure.According to the characteristics of initial prestress state determination and construction process of the pretension steel structure,the steps and methods of construction process simulation is introduced.Finite element analysis of construction whole process is implemented based on 3D3S steel structure analysis software.The results of analysis show that the construction process simulation can give the recommendations for adjustment of construction plan,guaranteeing the safety and success of the structure construction process.
