摘 要:作为新型保温承重一体化建筑结构体系,保温墙模复合剪力墙体系的施工工艺研究是其推广应用中的关键问题。结合体系实验楼施工,对其施工技术进行研究。提出了新型体系的施工工艺,总结了其施工要点,并对施工质量及验收问题进行了探讨。实验楼施工实践表明该施工技术具有技术可行性及经济合理性,有助于增强建筑保温性能、加快施工进度、降低工程总造价。The composite shear wall structure with thermal insulation formwork is a kind of new architecture structure characterized by load-bearing and thermal insulation,and the research on the construction technology of this structure is crucial to its promotion and application.Combined with the engineering practice of a pilot building,the authors developed a new construction technology and summarized the main points in the process of construction.Meanwhile,the related issues about construction quality and acceptance check were also discussed.The case of the pilot building demonstrated the technical feasibility and economic rationality of the technique,which will help to enhance the insulation,accelerate the constructional process and reduce the construction cost.
