摘  要:桥梁顶推施工方法最早应用于20世纪50年代末,采用分节段预制、逐段顶推的工艺,多用于混凝土箱形连续梁桥,但需要制作钢导梁,且钢导梁重复利用机会较少,会增加桥梁的建设成本。日本岛崎川桥世界上第一次在顶推施工中采用波形钢腹板自身作导梁的工艺,这种技术可以节约成本。对这一项先进施工工艺做了详细介绍,包括导梁设计、施工设备选择和施工技术。Incremental launching method was first used as the erection method of bridge in the late 1950s,and it was used widely in concrete box-shaped continuous girder bridges.A steel guide girder is required at the beginning.Because the steel guide girder is rarely applied in future bridge project,it can lead to the increase of engineering cost.Torisakigawa Bridge of Japan is the first bridge that is erected by the incremental launching technique utilizing the corrugated steel web itself as the guide girder in the world,which breaks a new route in cost saving for the incremental launching method of bridge erection.The new method is in detail introduced including design of the guide girder,selection of construction equipment and construction technology.
