摘　　要：干燥是饲料蛋白及相关产品加工过程中的重要工序,干燥工艺及装备运行参数直接影响着产品的质量和生产成本。文章就血液蛋白高压喷雾干燥和发酵豆粕的流化床干燥的相关技术研究加以著述,并提出两种产品规模化设计优化干燥装备参数,有效实现了蛋白饲料的保质节能干燥。Drying is the main process in feedstuffprotein and its connected products manufacttLring, the drying process and the running parameters of equipments have played an important role on the product＇s quality and cost. The research has been showed in the paper about high pressure spray drying for pig blood protein and fluidized bed drying for fermented soybean, and optimized scale facilities＇ parameters have been given for two kinds of feedstuffproduction, the techniques for feedstuffprotein drying in quality protection and energy saving have been realized in high efficiency.
