贵州少数民族地区计划生育服务人员状况调查分析

摘　　要：为了解少数民族地区计划生育服务人员现状,本研究对贵州三个少数民族自治县和一个非民族自治县计划生育服务人员进行调查。结果显示:中专学历和初级职称人员占65％以上,初中学历和无职称者也占有一定比例,接受过培训的服务人员低于50％,业务能力不强,能做男、女绝育手术者不到50％;能做皮下埋植、药物流产、吻合术及使用B超的比例均较低,在10％～20％左右,对工作满意者在50％以下。乡级机构服务人员总体差于县级机构,地区间也有差异。多元线性回归分析结果提示,学历、职称越高,培训次数、读专业书籍越多,业务能力得分越高;年龄大的服务人员得分高于年龄小的;工作年限长的得分低于工作年限短的。建议应加强服务人员的培训,提高服务能力。In order to understand the status and needs of family planning service in minority regions in Guizhou. We investigated the family planning servers of three national autonomous counties and one non-national autonomous county. The result showed that the servers of technical school and Primary position were more than 65 % . There were certain proportion of servers of primary school and no position.The servers train were below 50 % . The servers who can conduct male ligation and female ligation were below 50 % and the servers who can finished implant, drug abortion, anastomosis, B-ultrasonic examination were even lower, about 10% - 20 % . Below 50 % of servers were satisfaction with themselves work. The servers of county level were better than the servers of township level and there were also certain differences between the regions. The multiple linear regression analysis of score of profressional ability showed that the higher education and working position were got, and the more the training times and study were got, the higher the scores of service were got. The scores of old servers were got higher than that of young servers. The scores were got in working longer servers were got less than that in working shorter servers. We suggested that we should strenthen training for the servers and improve the quality of service.
