摘　　要：目的　观察哈慈五行针对飞行人员血液流变学的影响。方法　健康飞行人员共２２４ 例，随机分为实验组和对照组（ 各１１２ 例） 。实验组予哈慈五行针针内外关、曲泽及足三里；对照组予永磁片贴于上述穴位（ 极性相同） 。二组均为每日１ 次，每次２０ 分钟，１０ 次一疗程，共２０ 次（ 中间间隔１ 天） 。受试前后各观测血液流变学有关指标１ 次。结果　两组治疗后全血比粘度、全血还原粘度明显改善（ Ｐ ＜ ０ ．０５） ；实验组血沉及血沉方程Ｋ 值亦明显降低（ Ｐ ＜ ０ ．０５） ；余各项指标无改善。上述指标改善值实验组优于对照组（ Ｐ ＜ ０ ．０５） 。结论　哈慈五行针针穴可改善飞行员部分血液流变学指标。To observe the effect of Haci Five Elements Needle on hemorrheology in pilots. Methods 224 healthy pilots were randomly divided into two groups (respectively 112 cases). To conduct acupuncture at the acupoints of Neiguan. Waiguan. Zusali. Chize by the means of Haci Five Elements Needle in the testing group (Needle each acupoint for 20 minutes, once daily); and stick a magnet to the above acwpoints in the control group (paste each acupoint for 20 minutes, once daily). before and after treatment, to measure the some index of hemorrheology. Results Some index of hemorrheology in two groups received improvements in varying degrees after treatment, and the improvement value in the testing groups is higher than that in the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion Haci Five Elements Needle Can improve the some index of hemorrheology in varying degrees in pilots.
