摘 要:为人工大量繁殖周氏啮小蜂的过程中能有效地控制中间寄主柞蚕蛹的发病率,开展了不同处理的病蛹率、寄生率及主要发病监控期测定病蛹率的试验。结果表明:工厂化繁育中,用MZZY-07消毒柜处理裸蛹,用MZCY-08消毒柜处理2刀削茧法处理的寄主蛹,能有效地降低接蜂后蛹发病率,操作简便,利于大规模生产;接蜂后头2 d为主要发病监控期,在此期间及时去除病蛹,可有效减少交叉感染的几率。In order to effectively control the incidence of the tussah worm pupa disease,when mass rearing of Chouioia cunea,carried out two technology research,one was different treatment methods on handling disease pupae rate and parasitism rate of pupal studies,the other was determination of the main period of disease control studies.The results showed that when mass industrially rearing of Chouioia cunea,using MZZY-07 disinfection cabinet handle naked pupae,using MZCY-08 disinfection cabinet handle two time-cut treatment of the host pupal cocoon could effectively lower the disease pupae rate after autoeciousness,the ways easy operation,and conducive to large-scale production.The first two days after autoeciousness as the main phase of pupa disease surveillance,during the time removal of disease pupae,which could effectively reduce the risk of cross-infection.
