CGRP对呼吸窘迫综合征家兔血浆内皮素含量及肺循环血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：用降钙素基因相关肽（ＣＧＲＰ）防治急性肺损伤，观察ＣＧＲＰ对血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）含量的影响。结果表明：应用ＣＧＲＰ组血浆内皮素含量较呼吸窘迫综合征组降低了（３８±８）％（Ｐ＜０．０１），ｍＰＡＰ，ＲＶＰ分别降低了（１８±３）％和（２５±４）％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示ＣＧＲＰ降低肺动脉压的作用可能与降低血浆内皮素水平有关；ＣＧＲＰ对急性肺损伤有一定的保护作用。CGRP was used to prerent and cure acute lung injury and the effect of CGRP on endothelin content in plasma was observed. The results showed:After using CGRP,the endothelin content in plasma was reduced (38±8)%( P <0.01) mPAP, and RVP were reduced (18±3)%,(25±4)% ( P <0.05), respectively as compared with those of the RDS group. The result might suggest that the function of reducing pulmonary pressure is closely related to the reduce endothelin level,and that CGRP has a certain protective effect on acute lung injury.
