成人先天性巨结肠的诊断与治疗

摘　　要：为探讨成人先天性巨结肠的手术效果．总结1981年以来的7例手术病人，其中3例以急性肠梗阻行肠切除术．术后短期内死亡。1例择期手术．效果较佳。认为该病明确诊断后．应择期首选Soave氏术．如无法避免行急诊手术时．应选择结肠造瘘术。The report is based on the operation upon 7 cases of adult Hirschsprung's disease since 1981. 3 were treated with emergency operations due to the mechantical intestinal obstruction. but they died soon after.The other 4 were operated upon with Soave's method and got satisfactory results. A conclusion can be drawn that. Soave's method should be considered first once adult Hirschsprung's disease is diagnosed. If there is no option but to perform an emergency operation. Colopexostomy should be considered first.
