摘　　要：目的:探讨经腹腔腹膜前补片腹腔镜疝修补术的手术效果与技巧。方法:回顾性分析2004年12月至2009年12月进行经腹腔腹膜前腹腔镜疝修补术50例(55例次)病人的临床资料和近期疗效。结果:55例次手术成功,无中转手术;术后5-6d出院;术后相关并发症2例,占3.6%,术后无复发。结论:经腹腔腹膜前腹腔镜疝修补术安全可靠、痛苦少、恢复快具有推广应用价值。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of trans-abdom inal preperitoneal laparoscopic hernia re-pair（TAPP）.M ethod：From Dec.2004 to Dec.2009,50 patients with hernia underwent total 55 times of TAPP under regional block anesthesia and their clinic data was retrospectively analyzed.R esu lt：55 times of TAPP were all successfully completed,and all patients discharged 5-6 days postoperatively.The postopera-tive complication only occurred in 2 cases（3.6%）,and without hernia recurrence occurred.C onclu sion： TAPP is recommended for hernia repair because of it’s painlessness as well as quickly recovery and safety.
