摘　　要：目的:调查妇女阴道炎流行情况,了解不同年龄段妇女阴道炎的致病因子。方法:1895例患者按年龄分为3组,分别对其阴道分泌物进行常规涂片检查、唾液酸酶试验、革兰氏染色镜检及PCR检测等。结果:引起阴道炎的各病原体感染率依次为白色念珠菌28.5%、阴道加德纳菌19.4%、衣原体15.1%、阴道毛滴虫14.4%、淋球菌5.8%、其他4.1%。有263例标本同时合并两种病原体感染。3个年龄组中以18～34周岁组发生阴道炎最多,居首位。各年龄组病原感染位次排除混杂因素,18～34岁组以白色念珠菌感染居首位,其次为衣原体感染;35～50岁组以白色念珠菌和阴道加德纳菌感染为主,其次是阴道毛滴虫。结论:白色念珠菌是引起妇女阴道炎的主要病原体,在临床阴道炎诊治中应注意几种病原体合并感染的情况,各类病原体在不同年龄妇女阴道炎中所占构成比不同,可能与年龄相关的生理因素以及个人行为因素有关。Objective：To investigate the prevalence of female vaginitis, understand the pathogenic factors of female vaginitis in women of different ages.Methods：1895 patients were divided into three groups according to age, vaginal secretions were examined by routine smear, sialidase test, Gram staining and microscopic examination, PCR detection.Results：The pathogens of vaginitis included candida albicans （28.5%）, gardnerella vaginalis （19.4%）, trachomatis （15.1%）, trichomonas vaginalis （14.4%）, neisseria gonorrhoeae （5.8%） and other pathogens （4.1%）; mixed infection of two pathogens existed in 263 patients, the incidence of vaginitis in patients aged 18～34 years old was the highest, ranking the first, except confounding factors, among patients aged 18～34 years old, the incidence of candida albicans infection was the highest, the second was trachomatis infection; among patients aged 35～50 years old, the main pathogens of vaginitis were candida albicans and gardnerella vaginalis, the second was trichomonas vaginalis.Conclusion：Candida albicans is the main pathogen of female vaginitis, mixed infection should be paid more attention to in diagnosis and treatment of vaginitis, the proportions of various pathogens in vaginitis of women of different ages are different, which may be related to age-related physiological factors and individual behavior factors.
