摘　　要：目的:探讨原因不明习惯性流产患者外周血免疫球蛋白和T淋巴细胞亚群在主动免疫治疗前后的变化。方法:对33例原因不明习惯性流产患者作主动免疫治疗,对比治疗前后外周血免疫球蛋白及T淋巴细胞亚群含量的变化。结果:①治疗后免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM水平较治疗前明显下降(P<0.001,P<0.05)。②主动免疫组治疗前后CD3+细胞含量无明显差异(P>0.05)。③主动免疫组治疗后CD4+细胞较治疗前有明显减少(P<0.001)。④CD8+细胞在主动免疫治疗后较治疗前有明显升高。⑤CD4+/CD8+比例在主动免疫治疗后较治疗前明显下降。结论:主动免疫治疗后,外周血免疫球蛋白及T淋巴细胞亚群有了明显变化,更利于妊娠发展。Objective：To explore the changes of immunoglobulin and subtypes of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood in women with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion before and after active immunotherapy.Methods：33 patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion were treated with active immunotherapy, the changes of immunoglobulin and subtypes of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood before and after active immunotherapy were compared.Results：The levels of IgG and IgM after active immunotherapy were significantly lower than those before active immunotherapy （P0.001, P0.05）.There was no significant difference in CD3＋cells content before and after active immunotherapy （P0.05）.The amount of CD4＋ cells after active immunotherapy was significantly lower than that before active immunotherapy （P0.001）.The amount of CD8＋cells after active immunotherapy was significantly higher than that before active immunotherapy.The ratio of CD4＋/CD8＋ after active immunotherapy was significantly lower than that before active immunotherapy.Conclusion：After active immunotherapy, the changes of immunoglobulin and subtypes of T lymphocytes are obvious, which may be beneficial to pregnancy.
