摘　　要：为解决国内管磨机产量低、电耗高、产品质量差的固有缺陷,提出了一种全新新型粉磨机械系统。介绍了改造技术方案,以及产品性能,同时结合改造工程实例,对该技术的应用效果进行了分析。结果表明,改造后磨机台时产量提高,产品3～32μm颗粒含量增加,比表面积提高,强度增加,每吨水泥电耗下降20%左右。A new technology was presented to deal with the shortcomings in the tube-mill,such as low output,high energy consumption and poor quality,etc.The technology principle was introduced in details,and the advantages in technology,economic and product performance were also analyzed combining with the practice of modification.The results show that the unit output per hour is improved,the content of 3～32 μm is increased,its specific area is also increased.So that its strength improved.The electricity consume per ton cement has 20%fall.
