摘　　要：随着新医改方案的出台,电子健康档案已经成为我国医疗卫生信息的重要载体。本文介绍了我国区域卫生信息化和电子健康档案的发展情况,结合唐山市区卫生信息化现状,提出唐山市区电子健康档案的建设原则及实施步骤。With the new one of healthcare reform package,EHR has become a very important media for China medical healthcare information.This article introduces the development of both EHR and district healthcare information in China.Then,combining the current situation of healthcare information,puts forward the detailed principles and procedures for EHR construction in Tangshan urban area.
