摘　　要：本课题综合应用先进的微波通信技术、自动控制技术、计算机技术、数据处理技术,在国际车辆自动识别技术的基础上开发防拆的一次性宽频高速远距离微波识别卡车、卡管系统软件、后台车管系统软件、跨地区、跨行业、跨系统的综合联网及结算系统,实现了车辆在不停车条件下的自动识别与综合管理。This topic synthesis application advanced microwave communication technology,the automatic control technology,the computer technology,the data processing technology,develops the antiwithdrawl disposable broadband high speed long-distance range microwave recognition card,the card management system software,the backstage car management system software,trans-regional,the cross occupational lines,the cross system comprehensive networking and the checkout system in the international vehicles automatic diagnosis technology foundation,realized the vehicles in not to stop under the condition automatic diagnosis and the synthesis management.
