北京三里屯地区城市下垫面热环境研究

摘　　要：结合北京城市规划设计研究院在北京三里屯地区的城市改造设计研究课题,通过实地调研和现场测试,对整个三里屯地区的热环境设计进行了综合评价,发现该地区的绿化方式、铺地材料以及环境设计方面存在许多不利于热环境的地方。为此,研究了北京城市下垫面热环境设计原则,并对三里屯地区存在问题的Village南广场提出了下垫面热环境设计的改进方案。Based on the urban design issues of Sanlitun area proposed by Beijing Municipal Urban Planning and Design Institute, a study and a comprehensive evaluation of the urban thermal environment in Beijing Sanlitun area have been made. Many thermal environment problems in this area have been found, such as the region~ greening method, the materials of the ground, and the environmental design. Thus, the principles of the thermal environment of the underlying surface design were researched. Finally, a plan to improve the underlying surface design of South Village Square, where a number of problems have been found, was suggested.
