摘　　要：文章对生产性服务业与制造业相互关系的相关研究进行了综合评述,在此基础上,立足于我国产业经济发展的实际,着重从制造业服务外部化以及制造业价值链的分化、重组两个方面对生产性服务业与制造业互动机理进行分析,并以浙江为例对浙江生产性服务业与现代制造业的互动发展进行了深入探讨。This paper carries out the general comments about the study of relationship between productive service and manufacturing industries.On this basis,the paper focuses on the interaction mechanism of productive service and manufacturing industries from two aspects,which are the services externalizing and value-chain division,restructuring of manufacturing.Finally,taking Zhejiang as an example,it conducts in-depth discussions on the interactive development of producer services and modern manufacturing in Zhejiang.
