摘 要:射频标签的使用日渐广泛,其印刷的制造方式具有独到的优点.在已设计天线结构基础上,通过对印刷设备的改造,控制各项工艺参数,印制出天线.对用各项工艺参数在PET基材和纸基上印刷天线的不同结果进行分析,以降低阻值为目标,通过电镜观测,分析阻值变化的原因;对用不同的银浆印刷天线造成阻值的变化进行分析,通过能谱图,分析了3种不同的银浆在相同的工艺条件下对印刷天线性能的影响,并得出了针对生产要求,选择不同银浆和制定不同印刷工艺的结论.The use of Radio frequency identification(RFID) tags is increasingly widespread. Tags manufactured by the method of printing have a unique advantage. In this paper,based on the designed structure of tag antenna,we print out the antenna through the transformation of the printing device to control the various process parameters. Focusing on the key electrical parameter-resistance, we get different results on value of resistance of antenna which printed on the substrate of paper and PET respectively with various process parameters but the same silver paste. By means of electron microscope observation, we analyze the cause of resistance change. We alsoanalyze the cause of resistance change through the energy spectrum analysis for tag antenna printed by three kinds of different silver paste but with the same process conditions of printing,and come to the conclusions, that is we should choose a different silver paste and constitute a different printing process according to actual different production requirements.
