摘 要:本研究利用生物信息学方法预测花生中的miRNA及其靶基因。将miRBase注册的已知植物miRNA与花生EST和GSS数据库进行比对搜索,筛选得到13条miRNA,进一步预测得到20个靶基因。分析结果显示大多数靶基因属于转录因子,调控植物的生长发育等多种生物过程。miRNA is a non-protein-coding small RNA to regulate expression of specific gene in plant. Although much progress has been made in the other plants,none has been found in Arachis hypogaea. In this paper, we used bioinformatic tools to predict miRNA and the corresponding target genes of A. hypogaea. We used known miRNAs of other plants from miRBase to search against both expressed sequence tags ( EST) and genomic survey sequence ( GSS) databases of peanut to find potential miRNAs in A. hypogaea. Thirteen potential miRNAs were detected in A. hypogaea,and they corresponded to 20 targeted genes. Most of the targeted genes appeared to be related to transcription factors that controlled peanut development and other biology processes.
