运动结合红景天素对糖尿病大鼠血糖等指标的影响

摘　　要：观察运动结合狭叶红景天素对糖尿病大鼠血糖等指标的影响.四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病大鼠20只,随机分为实验组(10只)和对照组(10只),称取甘肃地产狭叶红景天200 g,60%乙醇浸泡后萃取得红景天素,每隔3 d给实验组大鼠尾静脉注射1次红景天素,同时实验组大鼠进行30 d连续跑台运动,第32 d断头取血,测每只大鼠血糖、转氨酶、尿素氮和血常规指标.结果表明,运动结合红景天素对糖尿病大鼠的BUN,MCV,MCH,MCHC无显著性影响(P>0.05);但与对照组相比,ABG,GPT,RBC,HCT,HGB,RDW,PLT,WBC却发生了显著性变化.说明运动结合红景天素可以显著改善糖尿病大鼠血糖等诸多血液指标.Effects of sports combined with rhodosin on the blood glucose and other index in diabetes rats induced by alloxan are observed.Twenty diabetes rats induced by alloxan are divided into experimental group（10） and control group（10） by random.200 g Gansu R.kirilowii is weighted,then the rhodosin is obtained after soaking with 60% alcohol and extraction.The rats of experimental group are injected rhodosin into tail veins every three days,and given a continous thirty day exercise on the running platform,the thirty-second day,all rats are put to death by cutting their heads,then the absorbed blood is used to measure the indexes of blood glucose,GPT,BUN and normal blood.The results are as follow： There are no significant difference（P0.05）in BUN,MCV,MCH,MCHC between the experimental group and control group,but there are significant difference in blood glucose,GPT,RBC,HCT,HGB,RDW,WBC,PLT between the experimental group and control group.The experimental results illustrate that sports combined with rhodosin can significantly improve blood glucose and other many parameters in diabetic rats.
