摘　　要：首先分析了物流信息化管理的必要性以及我国物流信息化管理的现状，指出了我国物流信息化管理目前存在的问题，最后提出了解决我国物流信息化管理问题的对策。The paper first analyzes the necessity of logistics information management and its status quo in China, then points out the existing problems and finally puts forth countermeasures for their solution and for the improvement of logistics information management in China.
